Refund policy

We get it — sometimes the vibe isn’t quite right. You have 30 days from the moment your goodies land on your doorstep to request a return.

To keep things smooth and sparkly, your item needs to come back to us in the same condition it arrived: unused, tags on (if it came with one of course), original packaging intact, and with your receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, send us a note at admin@ohmandember.ca. Once approved, we’ll send you a return shipping label and all the instructions you need. (Just a heads‑up: packages sent back without an approved return request will be turned away at the door — lovingly, but firmly.)

Damages & Issues

If something arrives looking less than magical — damaged, defective, or simply not what you ordered — please email us right away. We’ll take a look and make it right so your ritual can stay uninterrupted.

Items That Can’t Be Returned

Some things are final sale in the universe of Ohm & Ember. This includes:

  • Custom or personalized items
  • Face Oils and Body Butters
  • Sale items and gift cards

If you’re unsure whether your item qualifies, just reach out — we’re happy to help.

Exchanges
If you’re looking to swap something out, the quickest path is to return the original item. Once your return is approved, you can place a fresh order for the piece that’s calling your name.

European Union 14 day cooling off period

If your order is headed to the European Union, you have 14 days to cancel or return it — no justification needed. The item must still be unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once your return arrives and passes inspection, we’ll let you know whether your refund has been approved. If it is, your original payment method will be refunded within 10 business days. Banks and credit card companies sometimes take a little extra time to process things, so give them a moment to catch up.

If it’s been more than 15 business days since your refund was approved, send us a message at admin@ohmandember.ca and we’ll look into it.
