Processing Times

Every order is hand‑poured, packed with care, and sent out from our Ottawa studio. Please allow 2–4 business days for processing before your order ships. During launches, restocks, or holiday rushes, processing may take a little longer — magic takes time.

Shipping Within Canada

We ship across Canada using trusted carriers. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.

You’ll receive a tracking number as soon as your order heads out so you can follow its journey home.

Local Delivery (Ottawa Area)

If you’re within our local delivery radius, you’ll see the Local Delivery option at checkout.

• Deliveries typically go out 2–3 times per week

• You’ll receive an email when your order is out for delivery

• We deliver to houses, apartments, and workplaces — just make sure the drop‑off spot is safe and accessible

If we can’t complete the delivery (locked building, unsafe location, etc.), we’ll reach out to coordinate a new plan.

International Shipping

We currently ship to select international locations. Shipping rates and delivery times vary by destination and will be shown at checkout.

Please note: customs fees, duties, and taxes are the responsibility of the customer.

Backorders

If an item in your order is on backorder, you’ll see a note at checkout. Translation: you picked a fan favourite. We’ve reserved yours and will ship your full order as soon as the next batch arrives.
